Engagements

Here at BBP, we deliver outstanding results to all types of organizations experiencing all types of situations.

Our diverse client portfolio is testament to the depth and breadth of our expertise and resources.

We continuously adapt to the needs of our clients by addressing unique challenges and connecting on a personal level.

I have worked with Boston Benefit Partners (BBP) at many companies and over many years. BBP has always been invested in our business mission, the employee benefits we offer, and the changing needs of our staff. Here at Cognex Corporation, we believe in working hard to be the best at what we do, while encouraging a sense of fun and community. BBP shares many of our same core values. BBP works to understand who we are and creates a benefits strategy to support our global business “vision.”

The staff at BBP have been incredibly supportive of NeighborHealth for many years, and we consider them at times an extension of the Human Resources Department. They continue to act like true partners and are not only helpful but a joy to work with. Most importantly they are efficient and knowledgeable and their work is always grounded in critical data. They always meet important deadlines and are flexible with our many requests for unique support. I have been relieved that since becoming a part of a larger company their service has not changed at all – they still treat us like they are the owners of the company and have retained high standards of service.
— Steve Snyder, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of NeighborHealth

Perspective

We would much rather share a real conversation beyond the bullet points. Let’s talk.

Listen/Understand

Who are you and what’s your philosophy? We want to get to know you and your organization's distinct culture.

Interpret/Simplify

What are your needs? We are dedicated to helping you find cost-effective programs that fulfill those needs.

Strategize/Collaborate

What are your tough questions and issues? Our team of experts has answers and creative solutions.

Develop/Design

What’s your vision? We can help you build a benefits strategy that aligns with your business goals.

Deliver/Implement

Having trouble getting your message across? We develop dynamic employee engagement tools.

For over 30 years the team at BBP has truly been MY team. With every interaction they demonstrate that they are experts in their fields; their passion and knowledge is profound. The word “no” is not in their vocabulary; they speak: “How can we help, what else can we do for you?” They are partners to my HR team in every sense of the word; I could not imagine running a benefits program without them.
— Ann Egan, Former Director, Human Resources at Marine Biological Laboratory
