Claudia Cellucci is one of our newest members of the BBP consulting team. Claudia comes to BBP after working for The Vertex Companies, LLC in Weymouth, Massachusetts. Claudia’s background is in Human Resources including positions within Vertex as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Human Resources Generalist. It is always a pleasure to have staff members who understand the various vantage points within the world of employee benefits. Claudia has direct experience from the employer/Human Resources angle. Claudia also worked for Demeo LLP in Boston, Massachusetts as a Legal Receptionist and Assistant where she organized case documents and created files for legal research. Her attention to details and language is readily apparent.

Claudia attended Siena College in Loudonville, New York where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, minors in Criminal Justice and Forensic Science, and a certificate in Pre-Law. Claudia also maintained a packed agenda participating in the National Honors Society and serving as the President of the American Sign Language Club.

As a Benefits Analyst, Claudia will support various client teams on special projects and regular reports. She will prepare claims data reporting and analysis, draft required documents for compliance purposes, and support all client initiatives. With her background in pre-law and compliance, some of Claudia’s first projects will include drafting refreshed plan documents, annual notices, and employee-facing materials.

When Claudia isn’t at work at BBP, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and beloved dog - Morty. She also loves to cook, make candles, and surf in the summer!
