BBP was fortunate to have Caitlin as an intern in the summer and fall of 2022. Caitlin worked with BBP helping various teams with special projects including an overview of states impacted by various legal and legislative changes.

Caitlin officially joined BBP in July 2023 as a Benefits Analyst after graduating from Providence College. Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Management with a minor in Finance in May 2023.

Caitlin is assigned to a diverse group of few clients. Her responsibilities include claims data reporting and analysis, drafting required documents for compliance purposes, and supporting all client initiatives. With her educational background, Caitlin is involved with various BBP/Alera committees focusing on health policy. She recently returned to her old stomping grounds and hosted a BBP table at the Providence College’s Career Fair to recruit benefit analysts.

In Caitlin’s free time she loves to spend time with her family, friends, and her golden retriever Nala. Caitlin spends her weekends on Lake Winnipesaukee where you can find her on the boat, hiking, and spending time with my family. Caitlin loves to travel and see new places with hopes to do more of it soon.
